Taking on a project with an existing community presents some challenges.

Following Lendlease’s acquisition of Aurora, one objective was to seamlessly blend the Epping residents with the newest members of the community. Creating videos and Facebook content and campaigns to tell the story of future and existing amenity, community groups and recreation facilities, was one way to let the locals know that a sustainable project, with choice and diversity of product, would be delivered.

Facebook community management and transparent and prompt responses is also an integral part of the Aurora success story.
