Starting her career in marketing as a content writer, Michelle expanded her talents to grow into the role of marketing coordinator. She harnesses her organisational skills, attentiveness and positive attitude when coordinating clients’ needs.
Her constant thirst for learning means that she’s always up to date with the latest trends and developments in the digital world, helping our team develop strategies to reach our clients’ goals.

Meg supports the Property Republic and PropSquad teams across marketing coordination, content planning, and reporting, while also assisting with the wide range of administrative and operational needs that keep the businesses moving forward.
With a background spanning marketing and administration, Meg brings a proactive and detail-oriented approach to everything she does - from coordinating communications and tracking deliverables to supporting business development and founder-led projects.
Her calm, dependable nature and genuine commitment to doing things well mean the team always has a reliable person behind the scenes, making sure the right things get done at the right time.
Monika Pilekic

Monika is a skilled marketing professional focussed on customer engagement, with more than 10 years’ experience in the property industry. She specialises in marketing strategy, branding, customer experience, and conversion; with an ability to manage the details while understanding the strategic big picture.
Monika is a passionate and innate marketer who uses data, intuition, and curiosity to drive strategic outcomes, while being
customer-focused at the core. Monika is also the Co-Founder of PropSquad with Judi Carr.
Kate Stewart

Kate is a systems thinker and purpose-led strategist with a background in community activation, place experience, and sustainable events. Through her work with Every Bit Counts, she has advised government and industry leaders on how to turn civic intent into lived experience. Kate brings creativity, rigour, and a deep commitment to building communities that work for everyone. Kate also partners Judi to create better communities through the Good Neighbours Movement.
Matt O’Brien

Matt O’Brien is a Melbourne-based creative specialising in art direction and design.
He developed his craft across multiple award-winning agencies in Melbourne and now works directly with clients in sectors spanning across property, events, start-ups, agriculture and tech.
As a well-rounded creative, he enjoys working on branding, publication design, OOH collateral, TVCs and social media content.
Steph Neil
COLLABORATOR
From being in production for over 17 years, Steph has produced many television series for free-to-air, Foxtel, and international distributors. This includes sports and lifestyle programming, as well as several documentaries across a broad range of subject matter.
Now, as the Director of SNP Media, Steph loves working with a diverse range of clients to create content for all mediums, focusing predominantly on social media and online platforms.
